Events

There are a number of ways in which you can advertise your event with Unicorn Folk and some of those itemised below are FREE. You can find out how to do so by clicking HERE.

The ‘Unicorn Diary’ is a chronological listing of all categories of music events though if you have a specialist interest it may be advertised in …

‘Live Music’ is the place for venues and promoters to advertise their one-off concerts and live music events. Music venues putting on a series of regular events may be better advertising under ‘Clubs & Venues’ on the top menu.

‘Morris Dance’ is the place to look for listings of Morris Dance activities and public displays in date order. Unicorn Folk are happy to provide a FREE entry in these listings subject only to details being submitted in the required format.

You don’t always have to go to a concert to hear good live music. Many musicians take part in regular weekly Sessions at pubs around the country and we hope that they will re-emerge when the Covid situation eases. Unicorn Folk are happy to provide a FREE entry in the listings for such gatherings subject only to details being submitted in the required format.

‘Shall We Dance?’ Well, the answer to that question may be a matter of finding out where and when you can do so. To help you in this respect, Unicorn Folk are happy to provide a FREE entry in the listings for dance societies which provide a regular programme of events, again subject only to details being submitted in the required format. One-off Ceilidhs or other individual dance events should be advertised in the Unicorn Diary.
