Alternatively, if you have more than a few entries you may wish to use an Excel or Word table to submit your information. You can download the Excel table by clicking HERE and the Word table by clicking HERE. Please complete and email the completed tables to email@example.com renaming the files by using your organisation name or a recognisable abbreviation e.g. NorthamptonFDC.xlsx or NorthanmptonFDC.docx as appropriate.
Before you start you will need your club to have an entry in the Organisers and Venues list with a Venue Code. To make a new entry in that list simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the necessary details as shown for other clubs. If you wish you can do that at the same time as submitting your completed Excel table.
