Please make sure that you select the correct order form to download below for the advertisement you wish to place and email it to orders@unicornfolk.uk along with the additional information necessary e.g. an A4 poster. You are also advised to read our advertising fees and options by clicking HERE and then read our Advertisers Agreement by clicking HERE if you have not already done so.
It is easier to use the Excel versions if you can do so as they guide you where to enter data and protect the cells where you should not enter data. If you choose to use the .pdf versions you need to view the main toolbar (usually displayed when you open the form) on the right of the form and scroll down to select the ‘Fill & Sign’ option. Then confirm that ‘You’ need to ‘Fill & sign’ and you will see that your cursor changes to something like IAb. If you position this where you want it and click you can then enter the necessary text. Once you have completed the appropriate form please save it by using your organisation name or a recognisable abbreviation e.g. NorthamptonFDC leaving the extension as .xlsx or .pdf and email the form to orders@unicornfolk.uk along with the appropriate data entry form.
There are no order forms for FREE listings under ‘Morris Dance‘, ‘Sessions‘ or ‘Shall We Dance?‘ – just click on the appropriate link or use the top menu under ‘Events’. You will find a link on each page to the appropriate ‘Entry’ form that you will need to complete to have a FREE listing.
Additional Unicorn Diary entries should be ordered using the Festival, Clubs/Venues or Live Music order forms. Please only use the Unicorn Diary order form if you just want a listing in the Unicorn Diary.
